Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Captain F&B Service to lead service operations in our restaurant/banquet outlet. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an excellent dining experience to guests.

Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations
• Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
• Welcome guests and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff and stewards
• Take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure accurate service delivery
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely food and beverage service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards as per hotel policies
• Assist in billing, cash handling, and shift reports

Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
• 25 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year as Captain
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service styles
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented
