Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Capex/Procurement in the F&B Division, based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, preparing and processing purchase orders, handling vendor negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of goods. They will also perform cost analysis, maintain accurate procurement records, and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, they will ensure that quality standards and timelines are met thoroughly.
