This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Capex/Procurement in the F&B Division, based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, preparing and processing purchase orders, handling vendor negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of goods. They will also perform cost analysis, maintain accurate procurement records, and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, they will ensure that quality standards and timelines are met thoroughly.

• Proficiency in Purchasing, Procurement, and preparing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs, vendor options, and procurement efficiencies
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Understanding of budget management and cost analysis methods
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in procurement within the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage
