• Primary skill - Client Onboarding Solutions - P4
• Bachelor of Arts or Science (BSorBA) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in financial services preferably in private equity (Associate
• level) Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding and closing process for investors across HarbourVest s
• commingled fund strategies
• Coordinate with internal partners including Investor Relations, Investments,
• Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Marketing, and Custom Solutions
• to facilitate onboarding activities
• Track and monitor investor onboarding requirements, documentation, and key
• closing milestones
• Assist with the management of onboarding workflows and maintain accurate
• records within internal systems
• Communicate with internal and external parties regarding onboarding status,
• outstanding requirements, and upcoming deadlines
• Prepare reporting, meeting materials, and status updates for key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and support
• standardization across the Client Onboarding function
• Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
