Skills.

10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Knowledge of the Client onboarding/account opening process for Global Custody Services.
Knowledge / Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Influences in Client Onboarding Process specific to Global Custody Services.
Experience working on Change the Bank/Re-engineering Projects within the Custody Services domain.
Experience in projects implementing technical changes AND organizational/workflow change.

Responsibilities.

Analysis and documentation of business processes.
Preparation of business requirement documents and ensure the acceptance of the requirements with all stakeholders.
Set up and chair relevant meetings to ensure progress is communicated to stakeholders.
Manage Risks/Issues and escalate to appropriate management level when necessary.
