Job Description
- Analyze real estate & financial deals for feasibility and profitability
- Structure & present investment proposals and financial models for internal & external stakeholders
- Perform in-depth data mining to extract insights into strategic decision-making
- Prepare complex MS Excel financial models including cash flow forecasts, IRR analysis, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis
- Develop & deliver high-quality, professional & visually impactful MS PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, board meetings, and investment committees
- Conduct due diligence & evaluate project finance Structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Lenders / Banks / NBFC's / Developers / Brokers including legal, technical, and operations for deal execution
- Track project-level financials & support in budget planning and variance analysis
