Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Trainer to join our corporate training team, specializing in Banking, Financial Services, and Capital Markets (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and delivering high-quality training programs for corporate clients, financial institutions, and professional learners.

This role requires strong subject matter expertise, engaging facilitation skills, and client-facing experience to deliver impactful, outcome-driven learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

a. Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions for BFSI and Capital Markets clients

b. Facilitate programs across areas such as:

. Banking operations, products, and compliance

. Capital Markets Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Securities Operations

. Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Ethics

c. Ensure interactive and engaging delivery using real-life case studies, simulations, and market examples

2. Program Design & Customization

a. Collaborate with clients/stakeholders & understand business objectives and learner profiles

b. Customize and develop training content, assessments, and case-based exercises tailored to client needs

c. Develop Learning Aids, Presentations, Facilitator Guides

3. Specialization in following areas:

. Finance & Economics - Overview

. Banking - Overview

. Other Financial Services - Overview

. Economic Analysis

. Financial Statement And Analysis

. Capital Markets And Trading

. Consumer Banking Including Credit/Mortgage, Cards And Payments

. Corporate Banking

. Investment Management And Private Wealth Management

. Securities Services - Custody & Fund

. Mathematics In Financial Sector And Use Of Excel

. Ai And Fintech

. Regulation And Compliance

4. Required Qualifications & Skills:

a. Education:

. Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration

. Professional certifications preferred: NISM, NCFM, AMFI, IRDA, CFA, CFP, FRM, or MBA (Finance)

b. Experience:

. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7+ years of BFSI training delivery

. Prior experience working with corporate training firms, banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions

. Proven success in delivering programs for mid - to senior-level professionals

c. Core Skills:

. In-depth understanding of Banking, Financial Markets, Investment Products including Capital Market

. Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills

. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse learner groups

. Proficiency with LMS Systems, Virtual Training Platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx), and MS Office / PowerPoint

. Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination
