We are looking for an experienced Capex Procurement Manager to join our Information Management. In your future role as Capex Procurement Manager, you will be responsible to support procurement activities for Capex project in India

We believe you bring

  1. Project Procurement Execution - Lead end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects (FEED to execution stage).Manage procurement for mechanical, static, rotating equipment, packages, bulk materials, and services. Ensure alignment with project schedule, budget, and specifications

2. EPC/EPCm Coordination - Work closely with EPC/EPCm contractors, engineering teams, and project management teams.Review procurement deliverables such as RFQs, TBE/CBE, vendor list, and PO packages. Ensure compliance with project technical and commercial requirements

3. Vendor Management - Develop and manage approved vendor list (AVL). Lead vendor evaluation, technical and commercial negotiations.Ensure vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost

4. Contracting & Commercial Management - Prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and framework agreements. Lead commercial negotiations (price, delivery, payment terms, LDs, warranties). Mitigate risks through contractual safeguards

5. Cost Optimization - Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and strategic sourcing. Benchmark pricing and monitor market trends

6. Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures

Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness. Manage change orders and claims

7. Stakeholder Management - Interface with engineering, project, finance, and legal teams. Coordinate with global/regional procurement teams if applicable

We believe you are...

  • Strong exposure to chemical / process industry projects
  • Hands-on experience in EPC/EPCm execution environment
  • Good understanding of:
  • Mechanical equipment (preferred background)
  • Project procurement lifecycle
  • Contract management and commercial negotiations
  • Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects

  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of international procurement practices
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Global Capital Purchasing and Operations Leader The position will be open in Mumbai India
