We are searching for a Digital Supply Chain Manager II to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team within Content Publishing Operations as a Capacity Analyst. In this role, you will ensure optimal workforce capacity across our operations network - driving queue health, maintaining roster integrity, leading reallocation strategies, and partnering directly with site leadership to keep workforce deployment aligned with business needs. You will be instrumental in identifying optimization opportunities, surfacing insights that shape network-wide strategies, and contributing to global workforce improvement initiatives.

This is a dynamic role that combines operational rigor with strategic influence. You will monitor workforce capacity health, drive headcount reallocations, maintain deployment accuracy, and deliver rapid-response analysis that enables leaders to make confident decisions. Beyond day-to-day capacity management, you will contribute to strategic projects that improve how we plan, deploy, and optimize workforce resources globally. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to turn capacity data into actionable strategies, and your insights will directly inform how the organization evolves its approach to workforce optimization. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, comfortable operating at speed, and motivated by the opportunity to influence workforce strategy at both the operational and strategic level.

This role is based in India and operates on a shifted schedule to enable meaningful overlap with U.S. Pacific and Costa Rica time zones. This ensures you are connected to the core WFM team, engaged directly with cross-functional stakeholders, and able to participate in global leadership forums - giving you visibility and influence well beyond a typical site-based role.

Key job responsibilities
- Own resource accounting and roster integrity - maintaining 100% accuracy between system of record and actual headcount deployment across the network
- Drive workforce reallocations end-to-end: analyzing capacity needs, tracking completion, and ensuring timely movement of headcount across workflows and sites
- Monitor queue health metrics and trigger proactive alerts when capacity risks emerge, enabling intervention before SLA impact
- Deliver rapid-response analysis (same-day turnaround) for urgent capacity questions from site and program leadership
- Track allocation plan adherence - monitoring whether actual workforce deployment matches planned capacity and surfacing variances with recommendations
- Produce performance reporting and trend analysis that informs network-wide optimization decisions and strategic planning
- Analyze scheduling patterns and monitor NPT/shrinkage trends to identify capacity risks and improvement opportunities
- Maintain and refine capacity models, updating inputs as volume, headcount, and business conditions evolve
- Identify data quality issues in workforce systems and drive resolution to ensure clean measurement and accurate decisions
- Contribute to global strategic projects and improvement initiatives that strengthen how the organization plans and optimizes workforce capacity
- Partner with site leadership as a trusted capacity planning partner, providing data-driven recommendations that enable operational excellence

About the team
The Workforce Management team within Prime Video Content Publishing Operations is responsible for maximizing the return on investment of our global workforce through strategic design of how headcount is allocated, measured, planned, and governed. We operate in the critical space between Resource Planning and Site Operations - translating funded headcount into optimal deployment strategies, establishing measurement systems, validating efficiency gains, and providing capacity analysis across a multi-site, multi-program network spanning Costa Rica, India, and Japan.

- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Ability to work a shifted schedule with overlap into U.S. Pacific time zone hours (typically India evening hours) to support global team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
