The Capability Development Lead – Finance is responsible for building sustainable Finance capability through structured, mandatory, and scalable training programs. The role focuses on upskilling employees to handle complex Finance roles and improving overall process maturity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Capability & Training Framework
- Design and deploy mandatory Finance capability and certification programs.
- Build structured learning paths for I2C, P2P, RTR processes.
- Develop readiness frameworks for complex Finance roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR and Training teams.
- Ensure alignment of capability programs with business needs.
Execution & Impact Tracking
- Drive measurable improvements in Finance capability and readiness.
- Monitor and report effectiveness of learning programs.
