Role Purpose
The
Consulting Analyst / Senior Analyst role exists to
support senior consultants across enterprise‑wide learning and capability consulting projects at TresVista.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that large‑scale consulting initiatives are executed with
rigor, discipline, clarity, and consistency by taking ownership of analysis, coordination, tracking, documentation, and communication.
In addition, the role provides opportunities to independently handle
smaller, well‑defined consulting assignments, serving as a strong learning platform for individuals aspiring to build a
long‑term career in consulting and leadership.
This role is ideal for a

Core Responsibilities What This Role Is Not
- Enterprise Consulting Support
- Support senior consultants on enterprise‑wide learning and capability projects
- Assist with:
- Problem analysis
- Structuring data and insights
- Preparing diagnostic and solution documents
- Convert high‑level ideas into:
- Structured outputs
- Clear documentation
- Execution‑ready material
- Data, Tracking & Reporting
- Work extensively with data related to consulting initiatives
- Own tracking of:
- Workstreams
- Milestones
- Deliverables
- Prepare:
- Regular reports
- Status updates
- Executive summaries
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all reporting
- Communication & Coordination
- Draft and manage:
- Emails
- Meeting notes
- Follow‑ups and action trackers
- Coordinate across:
- Multiple senior consultants
- Internal L&D stakeholders
- Functional teams, as required
- Act as a strong execution and communication backbone for consulting engagements
- Independent Ownership of Smaller Projects
- Independently handle smaller or well‑scoped consulting assignments, including:
- Information gathering
- Basic diagnosis
- Structuring draft recommendations
- Demonstrate ownership, discipline, and accountability
- Escalate appropriately while maintaining clarity and control
- Learning & Consulting Skill Development
- Continuously build capability in:
- Consulting frameworks
- Problem‑solving techniques
- Capability diagnosis
- Learn by working closely with experienced consultants on complex enterprise problems
- Raise personal standards of:
- Thinking rigor
- Structure
- Output quality
This Role Does Not
- Lead large enterprise consulting engagements end‑to‑end (initially)
- Own senior stakeholder decision‑making
- Manage training execution, facilitation, or logistics
The role exists to
support, enable, and strengthen consulting effectiveness, while steadily building readiness for more complex ownership.

Education & Background
Education- Strong academic background is mandatory
- Preferred disciplines:
- MBA
- Engineering
- Economics
- Psychology
- Business, Analytics, or Strategy
Certifications (Preferred)
- Consulting or business problem‑solving certifications
- Analytics, strategy, or L&D‑related credentials
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in:
- Consulting
- Analytics
- Strategy
- Research
- L&D or HR consulting
- Exposure to structured problem‑solving environments is a strong advantage
