Role Purpose
The Capability Catalyst ensures assets/partnerships create, prove, and scale business value through clear monetization models, pricing logic, and outcome governance.
Key Responsibilities
. Define business and monetization models for Kits and assets
. Establish value realization metrics and ROI frameworks - Topline/Valuation impacts
. Enable outcome-based pricing and value-linked engagements
. Own portfolio-level economics and investment decisions
. Chair portfolio governance forums

. Experience in business modeling, pricing, or portfolio strategy
