Primary Responsibilities:
- Write features and user stories, including the documentation of user story acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the scrum team, product manager and key business stakeholders to ensure designs meet business needs and user stories
- Work with the scrum team to accurately size features and user stories
- Plan sprints with the scrum team to communicate and manage delivery timelines
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of features/user stories that align with the product management roadmap
- Keep a healthy prioritized backlog (2-3 sprints worth of ready work)
- Support testing as needed
- Participate in agile scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, refinements, sizing, planning, etc.)
- Manage risks, issues, and project dependencies for assigned products
- Perform production validation and release checkouts with the product manager to ensure that new features are functioning as expected
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years working in a complex, matrixed organization
- 4+ years of experience with scrum and agile software development processes
- 4+ years of product management (or equivalent) experience
- Experience using data to analyze opportunities and outcomes to drive decisions
- Experience utilizing solid collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Experience utilizing solid organizational skills
- Experience working with engineers and designers to create great user experiences
- Knowledge and understanding of how a product works from a technology lens with the ability to explain it (coding or drawing an architecture diagram is not necessary)
- Agile methodology knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years knowledge with health industry and/or pharmacy
- 1+ years of experience using predictive and/or consumer analytics
- 1+ years knowledge of pharmacy & benefits pricing
- Experience with Aha and Rally
- Experience in the pharmacy business
- Knowledge of Rally
- Understanding of Oracle
- Familiarity with delivery and fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with MS Azure/Cloud
