As a Global Real Estate Allocations Lead within the Chief Administrative Office Finance and Business Management organization, you will own the global real estate allocations agenda end-to-end, including monthly execution and controls, budgets and forecasts, and executive materials. You will partner with local teams and global stakeholders across Planning and Analysis, business managers, corporate finance, data, and technology teams to deliver transparent allocations and clear allocation drivers. You will lead the global real estate workstream for the allocations platform modernization, including direct data feeds, curated Databricks data products, and retirement of legacy tools with stronger automation and controls. You will advance self-serve insights and automation, including the use of artificial intelligence-enabled approaches, to improve decision-making and reduce manual effort. You will lead a team in India supporting global real estate allocations delivery and reporting.
Job responsibilities
- Own the global real estate allocations program end-to-end, spanning monthly business-as-usual execution, controls, forecasting, and strategic modernization
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the function across local and global teams
- Deliver transparent co-allocation views, allocation drivers, and management reporting in partnership with global finance stakeholders
- Align assumptions, drivers, and outputs across Planning and Analysis, business managers, and functional finance teams
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology builds partner with data and technology teams on requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery
- Drive prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery execution across regions, teams, and dependency chains
- Define success measures, adoption plans, and change management to ensure solutions are scalable and used effectively
- Improve processes, automation, and control outcomes to strengthen operational efficiency and governance
- Modernize the allocations platform workstream by enabling direct data-source connections (for example, bring your own data and rates feeds), retiring legacy tools, and automating calculations, metrics, and controls
- Deliver curated Databricks data products through the Data Champion network and expand self-serve insights and automation in partnership with finance, data, and technology stakeholders
- Produce executive-ready materials (updates, insights, and narratives) under tight timelines and shifting priorities, and lead the allocations team in India supporting global real estate allocations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience in financial services and/or corporate functions spanning business management, finance, data, reporting, insights, or related roles
- Strong ability in problem framing, insight storytelling, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience presenting to senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools
- Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Databricks ability to build dashboards/prototypes without owning engineering delivery
- Strong data visualization and synthesis skills across multiple datasets
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly controlled environment with strong governance and senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong control mindset to review executive materials created by self and the team and work with regional partners
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required Master of Business Administration or Chartered Accountant preferred
- Sound judgment, integrity, strong work ethic, proactive mindset comfort operating with ambiguity
- Strong collaboration skills across matrixed teams and geographies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to collect, reconcile, interpret data, identify variances/risks, and translate findings into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear analyses and executive-ready narratives
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Databricks) and/or artificial intelligence applications and a demonstrated interest in adopting emerging capabilities
