Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and print media.
• Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Content, and Product Development to deliver effective visual solutions.
• Create and maintain the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Produce high-quality visual content that adheres to design guidelines while exploring new creative approaches.
• Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure modern and relevant output.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute innovative design ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Edit and retouch images, adjust compositions, and refine designs for final delivery.
• Work with external vendors such as photographers, printers, and illustrators for project execution.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and versatile design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present design ideas clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to accept feedback and revise work accordingly.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
