Canva Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and visually compelling designs for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Product to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Produce high-quality graphics that adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into projects where appropriate.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original and strategic design ideas.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts and compositions as required.
• Work with external professionals such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure high-quality project execution.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Adaptability and openness to feedback for design iterations.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy is an advantage
