Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Canon UniFLOW Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing technical and customer support for Canon UniFLOW products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients to resolve their concerns. The specialist will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions and maintaining strong communication with the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities, especially with Canon UniFLOW systems
  • Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Support and maintaining client relationships
  • Effective Communication skills to ensure clarity in resolving user concerns
  • Ability to apply Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical challenges
  • Experience in managing remote support tasks and collaborating virtually is preferred
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and security concepts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant work experience
