Role Objective
As a
Deputy Area Manager , you will lead the recruitment and development of
Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs) , driving sales and business growth across both Life and Non-Life Insurance segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Insurance Managers/IMFs in line with the business plan
- Drive IMF activation, monitor performance, and ensure productivity KPIs are met
- Guide advisors through structured career progression (TA SA AO)
- Generate business revenue and expand customer base in Life Non-Life segments
- Conduct minimum 2 joint field calls daily with team members
- Attend mandatory training sessions and business meetings
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with reporting manager
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 210 years of sales experience (Insurance background preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Self-driven, target-focused, and resilient under pressure
- Proven ability to achieve sales growth and manage distribution networks
