Candidate Relationship Specialist

What you bring

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases

Manage recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities

Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments

Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment dashboards

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with Boolean and X-ray search techniques

Familiarity with IT roles such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.

Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs is a plus

Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
