Job Posting: Candidate Engagement Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Candidate Engagement Executive to join our team. This role focuses on building strong networks, coordinating candidate activities, and ensuring smooth operations for testing and skill evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at multitasking and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Network Building: Establish and maintain a network of candidate sourcing partners.
  2. Candidate Mobilization: Actively mobilize candidates for test and skill programs.
  3. Event Coordination: Organize and announce events for Candidate Testing Days, ensuring successful participation.
  4. Candidate Coordination: Liaise with candidates for document collection and provide necessary guidance.
  5. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure timely submission of test reports.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive MIS and other performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports.
  • Prior experience in candidate engagement or recruitment is an advantage.
