Candidate Care Coordinator

• Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner , supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (eg: interview scheduling, post offer support) , utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
• Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidates.
• Easy access to information and support throughout the recruitment process.

About you

You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You have a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in scheduling
• Experience with scheduling tools and managing a scheduling process
• Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
