Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Canadian Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle for our Canadian Government & Ministry clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Canada staffing industry, with strong knowledge of the local job market, work authorizations, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Canadian stateclients.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws, immigration, and work authorization policies.
- Work efficiently within MSP/VMS environments such as Vector, VMS, Flextrack, Beeline, AMD, Fieldglass, HCM, and SAP.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in Canadian recruitment or staffing.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian job market, locations, and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Vector VMS, Flextrack, Beeline, AMD, Fieldglass, HCM, SAP).
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver within tight timelines.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
