Job Overview
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Accountant with foreign accounting experience to join our team. The candidate should have experience working with
international clients (US/UK/Canada) and hands-on experience with
QuickBooks.
Training will be provided for Canadian accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting for international clients.
- Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliations.
- Work on QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Coordinate with clients for billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Support accounting operations and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of foreign accounting experience (US / UK / Global accounting).
- Hands-on experience in QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
- Training will be provided for Canadian accounting.
