Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional with hands-on experience working with Canadian/US clients or CPA firms. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, compilation engagements, tax returns and GST-related activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Handle bookkeeping and accounting for Canadian/US clients.
Prepare and assist with Compilation Engagements (Notice to Reader).
Prepare and review Canadian tax returns including T1, T2, T3 and T5.
Handle GST calculations, filings and related compliance activities.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain required financial information.
Identify and resolve accounting and tax-related discrepancies.
Ensure timely completion of assigned client deliverables.
Work on accounting and tax assignments for CPA firm clients.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Canadian/US clients or CPA firms.
Hands-on experience in Canadian Accounting and Taxation.
Strong knowledge of:

Bookkeeping
Compilation / Notice to Reader
T1, T2, T3 & T5 Tax Returns
GST

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with international clients and manage deadlines.
Willingness to work late/extended hours as required to support Canadian clients.
