Job Summary:

@VLinkInc is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Canada Recruiter with 1to 3 years of experience in Canadian recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of visa processes, and a stable career background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Canadian hiring standards.
• Candidate should have expertise in Visa and Tax terms.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Canada recruitment (1–3 years).
• Good understanding of Canadian visa types and work authorization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate should be Graduate
