Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions in Canada.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and immigration processes is a plus.
