About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Camunda Developer to contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements elicitation through to architecture, design, and delivery. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable processautomation solutions using the Camunda Engine, BPMN, and microservices. This role includes supporting a strategically important greenfield programme, establishing development best practices, and contributing to the creation of frameworks that will shape future delivery within the CISE function.
What You'll Do
Define technical architecture, produce highlevel design artefacts, and shape technology approaches and processes.
Develop and implement process automation solutions within a collaborative, multiteam Agile environment.
Contribute handson Java and microservices development aligned to sprint objectives.
Support leadership in expanding the process automation landscape for VOIS within Solstice.
Build proofofconcept solutions and strengthen Camunda/BPMN capability across VOIS.
Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their Camunda BPMN expertise while supporting the development of new team members.
Who You Are
Experienced in Camunda Engine, BPMN, SOA, and microservice architecture.
Proficient in Java development with strong understanding of design patterns relevant to microservices.
Knowledgeable in eventdriven design and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka.
Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot, with awareness of CI/CD principles and tools.
Holds a degree or higher qualification in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
