Camunda Developer (5+ Years Experience) Hybrid, Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years (with at least 3+ years in Camunda)

We are looking for a skilled Camunda Developer with strong experience in BPMN-based workflow development and enterprise system integration. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend development and at least 3 years of hands-on experience working specifically with Camunda BPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business process workflows using Camunda
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Camunda with other enterprise applications and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews for quality assurance
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows for performance and reliability
• Document process models, configurations, and integration logic
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Camunda BPM
• Proficiency in Java or another backend programming language commonly used with Camunda
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow orchestration, and decision modeling (DMN)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, databases, and external systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work in agile/hybrid team environments
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of Camunda Cloud or similar workflow automation platforms
