As part of the Talent and Development team you might engage in campus recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. As an Associate you might support senior staff in building relationships with universities and student organizations to promote the company's brand and attract diverse candidates. This role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities, including internships and employer branding initiatives.

What You Must Have
