Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Campus Recruiter to manage end-to-end campus hiring for entry-level and early-career talent. The role involves building strong relationships with colleges, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges and universities in Delhi/NCR
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student bodies
- Coordinate campus events such as pre-placement talks, job fairs, and hiring drives
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
- Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to offer rollout
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and campus hiring metrics
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Represent the organization as an employer brand ambassador on campuses
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR preferred)
- 14 years of experience in campus recruitment or entry-level hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to campuses as required
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS and MS Excel is a plus.
