JOB SUMMARY
The Accenture Operations is the custodian of the Accenture brand at top campuses across the country. The team works closely with senior business stakeholders and
recruitment teams across entities to hire students for FTE & internship roles from campus annually. The team also designs and delivers engagement initiatives which
reinforce our positioning at campus as an Employer of choice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL:
▪ Enabling the end to end hiring process by:
▪ Hiring Tool enablement for the stakeholders
▪ Real-time assistance
▪ Event closure mails
▪ Working closely on facilitating internship and FTE hiring events demand fulfillment.
▪ Ensure there are enough resources available – interviewers, team, HRSS support to execute on the hiring events
▪ Support on analysis and structured data reporting for the team and events.
