Job Summary
As an Early Talent Recruitment (ETR) Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging top talent from leading universities across the country. You will be responsible for executing campus recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while supporting the organization's talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective university recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-potential university graduates and interns for diverse roles across the organization, aligning with the company's culture and business objectives.
- Efficiently manage high-volume, complex university hiring processes, ensuring quality and consistency in candidate selection and onboarding.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at universities, including career services teams, faculty members, and student organizations, to position the organization as an employer of choice among students and graduates.
- Plan, organize, and participate in campus engagements such as career fairs, tech talks, workshops, and networking sessions to engage with potential candidates and enhance employer brand presence.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for university hires, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer management.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives and workforce planning goals.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to enhance university recruitment programs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing targeted recruitment efforts to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Oversee internship programs, including onboarding, training coordination, and performance evaluations, to ensure a valuable experience for interns and a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Navigate and thrive in a dynamic multinational corporate environment, adapting recruitment strategies to align with global and regional business requirements.
- Create reports, track recruitment progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or specialization.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in university recruitment, campus hiring, or early-career hiring, ideally within a technology-driven or fast-paced industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the organization's employer value proposition to potential candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to leverage and navigate AI-powered recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency and delivery.
