Role Description The Campus Placement Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and improving campus placement activities across partner institutes. This role includes coordinating with colleges and universities, planning placement drives, and aligning employer requirements with student profiles. The Campus Placement Manager will build and maintain relationships with employers, schedule recruitment events, and ensure smooth communication between institutes, students, and hiring teams. Day-to-day tasks include tracking placement progress, managing placement-related documentation and reports, supporting students with placement readiness, and collaborating with internal UNIPREP teams to optimize placement strategies. The role also involves gathering feedback from stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and contributing to the platform's overall placement outcomes.
