Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves managing campus recruitment and placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions and employers, coordinating placement drives and events, and guiding students throughout the placement process. The Campus Placement Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to foster partnerships and ensure successful placement outcomes while keeping track of current industry trends and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and event management skills for seamless coordination of associated activities
• Ability to analyze industry trends and align student skillsets with market requirements
• Experience in career counseling, student guidance, or related areas is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B2B,or a relevant field
