The Campus Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of campus facilities, managing administrative services, and coordinating logistics effectively. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets for operational needs, maintaining campus facilities, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves liaising with different departments, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless daily operations and long-term planning.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in administrative operations, including budgeting, facility management, and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing campus operational needs
• Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in educational institutions
• Organizational and planning skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
