Role Overview

We are looking for a Campus Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth functioning of campus infrastructure and day-to-day facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage campus safety, security, utilities, and infrastructure operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, water, power, fire safety, and other campus facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
• Monitor campus security, CCTV, visitor management, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate school transportation operations, including buses, routes, maintenance, and daily schedules.
• Manage campus requirements for events, competitions, and other activities.
• Maintain and monitor campus assets, inventory, and maintenance records.
• Conduct regular campus inspections and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain relevant checklists, reports, and documentation and escalate critical issues when required.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management, Campus Operations, Building Management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance, utilities, security, and infrastructure.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a school, university, institutional, corporate, or large-campus environment will be preferred.
• Graduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
