About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Campus Head + Industry Expert – Python/AI to lead campus operations while bringing strong technical expertise in Python, AI/ML and emerging technologies. The role combines campus leadership, academic delivery, student mentoring and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day campus academic and operational activities.
• Conduct industry-oriented sessions on Python, AI/ML, Generative AI and related technologies.
• Mentor students through hands-on projects, coding assignments and real-world use cases.
• Monitor student performance, engagement and academic outcomes.
• Mentor and guide faculty/trainers to ensure quality delivery.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, tech events and industry sessions.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and technology communities.
• Drive initiatives focused on student employability and industry readiness.
• Act as the key point of contact between students, faculty, management and industry stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in Python, AI/ML, Data Science or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming and AI/ML.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and AI application development.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, etc., is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, classroom-handling and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in training, academic delivery, campus management or student engagement will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

A technically strong Python/AI professional with campus/academic leadership capabilities, who can effectively manage campus operations while ensuring students receive practical, industry-relevant exposure to AI and emerging technologies.
