About the Role

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and relationship-driven Campus Growth Executives to help expand Hobbizo across universities and colleges.

This is a high-impact growth role focused on building strong partnerships with educational institutions, creating student leadership networks, driving app adoption, activating campus communities, and establishing Hobbizo as a leading student engagement platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesUniversity & College Partnerships

• Identify and approach universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Meet key stakeholders including:
• Dean Student Welfare (DSW)
• Student Affairs Departments
• Faculty Coordinators
• Club & Society Coordinators
• Student Council Representatives
• Present Hobbizo's student engagement ecosystem.
• Build and maintain long-term institutional relationships.
• Convert institutions into active Hobbizo partner campuses.

Campus Ambassador Program

• Recruit and onboard Campus Ambassadors.
• Build a strong student leadership network.
• Conduct ambassador orientation and training sessions.
• Monitor ambassador performance and engagement.
• Ensure ambassadors actively promote Hobbizo within their campuses.

Student Internship Program

• Recruit student interns from partner institutions.
• Mentor and guide interns on community-building initiatives.
• Assign growth and engagement activities.
• Track intern performance and outcomes.

Community Building

• Create and activate hobby-based student communities.
• Encourage participation across interests such as:
• Music
• Dance
• Sports
• Photography
• Entrepreneurship
• Literature
• Technology
• Arts & Culture
• Increase engagement and retention within communities.

Event Activation

• Support hobby-based campus events and meetups.
• Coordinate with ambassadors, interns, clubs, and societies.
• Promote Hobbizo-powered events and activities.
• Increase student participation and engagement.

User Acquisition & Growth

• Drive app downloads and student registrations.
• Execute campus activation campaigns.
• Conduct referral and awareness initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and insights.
• Help improve the overall student experience on the platform.

Monthly Performance TargetsInstitutional Expansion

• Onboard 10 Universities/Colleges per month

Campus Team Creation

For every partnered institution:

• Recruit 5 Campus Ambassadors
• Recruit 5 Student Interns

Monthly Target:

• 50 Campus Ambassadors
• 50 Student Interns

User Growth

• Minimum 250 Verified Downloads per Institution
• Monthly Target: 2,500+ Downloads

Community Development

Per Institution:

• Minimum 10 Active Communities

Event Activation

Per Institution:

• Minimum 10 Active Events

Performance Incentive StructureFixed Salary

₹5,000 per month

University Activation Incentive

₹1,000 per Successful University Collaboration

A collaboration will be considered successful only when:

• University approved by Hobbizo
• 5 Campus Ambassadors recruited
• 5 Student Interns recruited
• Official university WhatsApp/community group created
• Minimum 10 active communities created
• Minimum 10 active events created
• Minimum 100 verified student downloads generated within 30 days

Growth Bonuses

• ₹500 Bonus when a university crosses 250 verified downloads
• ₹1,000 Additional Bonus when a university crosses 500 verified downloads

Top performers can earn significantly higher than the fixed salary through incentives.

• Verified downloads generated
