Key Responsibilities:
Campus Hiring & Coordination
- Manage pre-placement talks, coordinate with campuses, and handle pre-work for campus hiring events.
- Coordinate on-campus interviews and manage the selection process.
- Conduct pre-work and data checks for annual increments of campus hires.
Onboarding & Logistical Support
- Coordinate logistics such as laptops, ID cards, and system tagging for new campus hires.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meal plans for campus hires and interns.
- Maintain accurate employee records for all campus hires.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage visa, forex, travel, and stay arrangements for campus interns and recruits.
- Plan and organize outbound events and training logistics for campus trainees.
- Collate attendance data for payroll processing of campus hires.
- Support experience letter generation and exit formalities.
- Conduct attrition analysis and provide insights for retention improvements.
Campus Engagement & Employer Branding
- Plan and organize case study competitions and engagement events across campuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance ABG's campus brand presence.
