Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Campus Ambassador, based in Chennai with some flexibility to work from home. The Campus Ambassador will represent YUCI, promoting its initiatives and events within their campus or community. Responsibilities include building awareness about YUCI, recruiting participants for programs, engaging with peers to encourage participation, and organizing campus-based activities and campaigns in alignment with the organization's mission. The role involves regular communication with YUCI's team to provide updates and feedback on outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to engage effectively with peers and represent the organization.
- Strong Marketing and Networking abilities to promote activities and events within the campus and community.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to drive participation in YUCI's initiatives and campaigns.
- Leadership experience or ability to coordinate and manage events and volunteers is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for youth empowerment and community development initiatives is essential.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized, with the capacity to work independently in a hybrid setting.
