Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Campus Ambassador at the Youth United Council of India, based in Chennai, with flexibility for some tasks to be performed remotely. The Campus Ambassador will represent the organization on campus, promote events and initiatives, organize on-campus activities, engage with the student community to encourage participation, and assist in building partnerships. The role involves making regular presentations, conducting meetings, and collaborating with peers to support the goals of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals and groups
- Proficient Marketing and Networking abilities to promote events and encourage participation
- Sales skills and an aptitude for persuasive communication to build partnerships and increase outreach
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate campus initiatives effectively
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with campus culture and active involvement in student organizations or activities is a plus
