College.dev is an all-in-one campus platform that brings together placements, jobs, events, announcements, societies, alumni connections, and a student marketplace in one app. Trusted by 38+ colleges across India, College.dev is built by an experienced EdTech team operating across India and the USA.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional campus ambassador role. As a Campus Ambassador, you will be responsible for making College.dev popular and actively used on your campus. This role offers real startup exposure and a clear path to paid or full-time opportunities based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the main representative of College.dev at your campus 

• Drive app downloads, registrations, and active usage 

• Promote the platform through classroom demos and peer outreach 

• Create social media content such as posts, reels, or short videos 

• Help organize placement-readiness events and workshops 

• Coordinate with students and placement offices 

• Share feedback with the product team 

PERFORMANCE METRICS

• App downloads and activations 

• User engagement 

• Content creation and reach 

• Placement office interactions 

TIME COMMITMENT

• 8–12 hours per week (flexible) 

• Duration: 6 months (extendable) 

• One 30-minute virtual sync every week 

COMPENSATION

• Base stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 per month 

• Performance bonuses: Up to ₹8,000 per month 

• Top performers can earn ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month 

• High performers get priority for paid roles 

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Top performers may move into roles such as:

• Regional Growth Manager 

• Community Manager 

• Content & Social Media Lead 

• Campus Operations Lead 

• Product / QA Intern 

ELIGIBILITY

• UG or PG students enrolled in Indian colleges 

• Strong communication and leadership skills 

• Active on social media 

• Interest in startups and technology

• No prior marketing or sales experience 

• No requirement to be from a top-tier college
