About the Program

We're not offering you another college-level internship.

We're inviting you to work on a real, live product Amica, an AI-powered, hyper-personalized women's companion app that blends emotional intelligence with smart tech.

Over 3 months, you'll go beyond theory and learn Product Management, Growth Hacking, and AI-led decision-making by actually driving real user growth for Amica.

This is not a classroom internship it's your first real PM project experience.

What You'll Learn (and Apply)

• Practical Product Management: Understand how real digital products are built, launched, and scaled.
• Growth & Marketing Strategy: Run live campus and social campaigns to grow Amica's user base.
• AI & Decision-Making: Learn how data and AI shape today's product strategies.
• Leadership & Communication: Represent Amica in your campus and lead micro-projects within your network.

You'll have access to live mentorship, curated weekly sessions, and actual project tasks under Amica's Product & Growth mentors.

Your Role: Campus Ambassador Product Trainee

You'll represent Amica in your college and social circles while learning directly through action.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Promote Amica Campus Connect within your campus and online student communities.
• Grow Amica's digital presence.
• Actively participate in mentorship sessions and complete all live project tasks related to Product & Growth.

This role is 50% learning, 50% execution, 100% transformational.
