This is a full-time, on-site Job Referral role based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include understanding client and student needs, facilitating job referrals, and providing guidance for career advancement. The Job Referral Specialist will build and maintain relationships with industry partners, coordinate with hiring managers, ensure an effective referral process, and contribute to the overall employability success of learners.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, learners, and industry partners
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Insurance processes (preferred for domain-specific referrals)
• Ability to handle Prior Authorization and documentation for specialized industries (if applicable)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing referral processes and case tracking
• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software tools is beneficial
• Experience in recruitment, career counseling, or placement services is an advantage
