Roles and Responsibilities:

Executing all kinds of academic operations smoothly for all batches across the campus

Overall ownership of all student events like academic calendar, exams, cultural activities, etc.

Coordinate with different stakeholders such as the Corporate team, Campus Head, facilitators and students

Undergo trainings and disseminate them downstream to other facilitators

Monitor the activities and performance of all other trainers and facilitators

Grievance redressal of students at the campus

The Successful Applicant:

Know how to lead a team (and not just manage it)

Are able to communicate effectively and smartly (within the team, with the students and the corporate team)

Have good planning and problem-solving skills

Know how to coach, counsel and mentor people (of all age groups)

Are professional and process-oriented

Are tech-friendly

Have a strong customer (student) focus
