About This Position:
As a Campaign Testing Automation Analyst within the Card Services group in Chase's Consumer & Community Banking business you will be responsible for transforming how Card Marketing campaigns are validated by leveraging advanced automation and AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on developing intelligent testing frameworks using tools like Python, Selenium, and internal AI tools to automate validation of campaign assets (online and offline)-such as emails, microsites, direct mail, and online ads. The analyst will also play a key role in identifying strategic testing gaps by mapping full campaign and customer journeys and designing scalable testing solutions. This role is part of the Card Services group within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking business.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Testing Automation Analyst will collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, Product, Technology and Controls teams to design and implement automation solutions for campaign asset testing-such as content accuracy, hyperlink validation, and format compliance-using Python, Selenium, and other AI tools.
