Job Description

  • Marketing Automation:
  • Understand Livspace products, customer segments and CRM systems to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage automated communication journeys across different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Set up and run campaigns directly using tools such as WebEngage, Chat360 or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage customer communication across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Web Push notifications.
  • Run always-on lifecycle campaigns to maintain engagement and drive lead progression.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
  • Maintain and organize the customer database to support targeted campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as:
  • open rates
  • click-through rates
  • Responses
  • lead conversions
  • bookings generated.
  • Work with data teams to understand customer behavior and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Journey Optimization:
  • Identify drop-offs in the customer journey and improve communication strategies to increase conversions.
  • Run experiments to test different messaging, content formats and communication timing.
  • Use campaign insights and data to continuously improve lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Content Development
  • Work with content and design teams to create engaging campaign messages for Email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with Livspace brand guidelines.
  • Develop targeted messaging for different customer segments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing campaigns, CRM, marketing automation or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Experience with WhatsApp messaging platforms such as Chat360, Interakt, WATI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and marketing analytics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
