Campaign Project Manager

Summary:

The Campaign Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering key campaign milestones for the end-to-end Marketing Campaign process. The role involves working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Campaign Project Manager owns the operational delivery of assigned campaigns and acts as a central point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and deliver key campaign milestones.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Act as a central point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience working with Media agencies, Marketing agencies, or 3P Studio.
• 2 years of experience in digital production, project management, or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign workflows.
• Flexible to work in night shift and rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital advertising or marketing operations.
• Experience with entertainment, media, or streaming businesses.
• Experience with creative production and asset management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar campaign/trafficking systems.
• Experience in process improvement and operational optimization.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
• Experience implementing automation or technology-driven process improvements.
