Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional (2 years+ experience) who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across major platforms. The role demands strong hands-on execution, data-led decision-making, and effective use of AI and automation tools to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and ROI.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media execution, analytics, and growth, with direct impact on business outcomes.

Core requirements (must-have):Experience across paid marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/Ads etc.

End-to-end campaign ownership - strategy, execution, optimization, and

  • scaling
  • Proven responsibility for budget management, revenue impact, ROI,CPL/CACData-driven decision-making and a performance optimization mindset
  • Comfortable working with revenue KPIs and key performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-led automations for campaign optimization
  • Good understanding of tracking and measurement, including: Google Tag Manager (GTM)Conversion Tracking (platform + website level)UTM Parameters & attribution logic Google Analytics
