Role Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in driving integrated campaigns from grassroots-level engagement to digital-first content strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the socio-political environment, particularly in Rajasthan, and has experience executing campaigns across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale public-facing campaigns, including initiatives relatedto welfare schemes,awareness drives, and on-ground activations.
- Develop and manage content calendars, digital rollout plans, and platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, video, and strategy teams to build impactful communication narratives.
- Coordinate with local teams, vendors,and on-ground resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor political and social developments to inform campaign positioning and content relevance.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, on-ground feedback, and digital engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in campaign management, preferably across public initiatives, digital marketing, or political communication.
- Strong understanding of Rajasthan's political and culturallandscape.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns that blend on-ground execution with digitalcontent.
- Excellent grasp of social media platforms and content trends.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A strong Hinglish writer with a good understanding of content in both English
and Hindi.
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
