Campaign Manager – Ludhiana, Punjab

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Type: Full-time, On-site

Joining: Immediate preferred

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Language: Punjabi fluency required

About the Role

PracharX is hiring a Campaign Manager for Ludhiana, Punjab, to manage on-ground political and public outreach campaigns. The role requires someone who understands local politics, can manage field teams, coordinate with local leaders and influencers, and ensure daily campaign execution with discipline and speed.

The ideal candidate should be sharp, street-smart, politically aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute daily field activities across assigned areas.
  • Manage field associates, volunteers, booth-level workers, and local campaign resources.
  • Ensure door-to-door outreach, public meetings, influencer meetings, and local mobilisation happen as per plan.
  • Track voter outreach, local issues, community feedback, and campaign response.

Political & Local Network Building

  • Identify and connect with local leaders, influencers, youth groups, community representatives, religious/social groups, and active citizens.
  • Build and maintain strong local networks for campaign expansion.
  • Understand local caste, community, ward, booth, and issue-based dynamics.

Team Handling & Reporting

  • Lead and monitor a field team on a daily basis.
  • Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Prepare daily reports on outreach, meetings, issues, feedback, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with central campaign leadership and share ground intelligence regularly.

Campaign Execution

  • Support rallies, meetings, events, nukkad sabhas, padyatras, and public outreach programs.
  • Ensure proper branding, mobilisation, crowd coordination, and event discipline.
  • Help implement digital and social media activities at the ground level.

Data & Analysis

  • Maintain basic campaign data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Track booth/ward-wise progress and identify weak areas.
  • Share actionable insights from the ground to improve campaign strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in political campaigns, field operations, sales, social work, student politics, or public outreach preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Punjabi; basic Hindi and English required.
  • Strong understanding of Ludhiana/Punjab politics preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Should be comfortable working long hours during campaign periods.
  • Must have a smartphone.
